Dr Jay Provenzano | Elevate Wellness

DR. JAY PROVENZANO
CHIROPRACTOR

Dr. Jay Provenzano is a south shore native and a 2003 graduate of New York Chiropractic College where he was named to the NYCC Dean’s List. His undergraduate studies were in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies at Springfield College. It was during his undergraduate time that Dr. Jay competed as a gymnast and was All-American on the rings twice.

Dr. Jay has extensive training in several soft tissue techniques such as Graston and Active Release Technique and has brought his extensive background as an athlete to the treatment and nutritional training of athletes in his professional practice. After the birth of his daughter, Dr. Jay knew that helping well and sick children, from infancy through the teenage years, was his heart’s true passion!

Dr. Jay’s care for his patients has earned him a reputation as one of the most comprehensive chiropractors around. His therapy involves complete diagnostic techniques and his gentle adjusting techniques are not limited to the spine, but can include every joint from the ankles to the TMJ.

Part of Dr. Jay’s success with his patients has been his reliance on nutritional factors to make the tissue of the body healthier.

Dr. Jay uses a “whole person approach” when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best hands-on technique, and state-of-the-art physiotherapy procedures, and providing the newest and best natural vitamins and herbal supplements on the market today, Dr. Jay is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health. Combining herbalism, nutrition, exercise physiology, and chiropractic knowledge has made Elevate Wellness not only essential for health and healing but the future of natural therapy.
